ZubCulture VeSTAGE is Singapore’s first full VTuber-centric community event, created to celebrate the talents, fandoms, and obsessive joy behind ACG and subculture communities.

Boothers OR VTubers who are interested to take part, please sign up via the link above. **Note that the closing dates for boothers and VTubers are different.

Curation of Content

We will ensure all the content are appropriate for our event. We DO NOT condone AI being use in any part of the creation process. As much as possible, merchandizes, artwork or services will need to relate to “VTuber/VTubing”.

Booth/Slot Allocation

Upon successful application, our team will contact you of the booth allocated for your activity. We will require your acknowledgement before proceeding to the next step.

Confirmation & Payment

All payment for participation will need to be done prior to the start of event. We reserve the right to cancel your application if this step was not completed properly.

Announce Participation

Once all steps have been completed, we will announce your participation in the event, along with your logo/picture and social handles.
