ZubCulture VeSTAGE 2026 — Terms & Conditions
All participants are required to read and comply with the terms relevant to their category.
The following terms apply to all individuals, businesses, artists, and creators who register for or operate a booth at ZubCulture VeSTAGE 2026.
Eligibility
Booth registration is open to artists, creators, retailers, and businesses whose products or services relate to VTubers, anime, gaming, or ACG culture.
The Organiser reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke any application at its sole discretion — including on grounds of content relevance or non-compliance with these Terms.
Content curation
All merchandise and artwork must be submitted for review and approved by the Organiser prior to the event. The Organiser's content review decision is final.
Strictly prohibited- AI-generated content in any merchandise, artwork, or promotional material — zero exceptions. Items found to contain AI-generated content will be removed immediately and without refund.
- Sexually explicit or adult-rated content
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unlicensed reproductions
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, including unauthorised use of VTuber likenesses
- Hate speech, discriminatory, or violent content
Booth allocation
Confirmed vendors will receive their booth number and setup window in writing. Acknowledgement of the allocation must be provided within 5 business days, failing which the allocation may be forfeited.
All booths must remain within the allocated footprint. No modifications to venue infrastructure are permitted.
Payment & cancellation
Full payment is required before the event. Applications for which payment is not received by the stipulated deadline may be cancelled by the Organiser.
- Cancellation 30+ days before the event: 50% refund at the Organiser's discretion
- Cancellation within 30 days of the event: no refund
Vendor responsibilities
- Vendors are solely responsible for their inventory, cash handling, equipment, and the conduct of their staff or representatives throughout the event
- All aisles and emergency exits must remain clear and unobstructed at all times
- Soliciting or distributing materials outside the allocated booth space is not permitted without prior written approval from the Organiser
- Vendors must comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012
Injury, loss & damage
All vendors and their representatives attend and operate at the event entirely at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to property — whether to the vendor, their staff, or any third party — occurring before, during, or after the event, howsoever caused.
Non-defamation
Participating vendors shall not make, publish, or disseminate — whether verbally, in writing, or through any digital or social media platform — any false, misleading, or baseless statements that defame, disparage, or damage the reputation of ZubCulture, the Organiser (Frankenfolks Pte Ltd and DIFY Pte Ltd), their supporting parties, staff, or representatives.
Any vendor found to be in breach of this clause may be subject to immediate removal from the event without refund, and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
The following terms apply to all VTubers, digital content creators, and virtual talents who register for or participate in ZubCulture VeSTAGE 2026 in any capacity.
Formally invited, featured talents with dedicated programme slots, ticketed Meet & Greet sessions, and promotional support from the Organiser. Guest VTubers are invited directly and are not subject to open registration.
Up-and-coming or independent VTubers selected through open registration. VTuber Spotlight participants will be showcased on the main broadcast screen and offered complimentary Meet & Greet sessions.
Content standards
All content, streams, performances, and interactions by VTuber Participants at the event must be appropriate for a general audience. The Organiser reserves the right to determine what constitutes appropriate content at its sole discretion.
Not permitted- Sexually explicit, excessively violent, or discriminatory content
- Third-party intellectual property used without authorisation, including music, models, or overlays
- Content that breaches any applicable Singapore law
The Organiser reserves the right to terminate any showcase session immediately upon a breach of these standards.
Technical & scheduling
- VTuber Participants are responsible for providing their own streaming equipment, Live2D models, and overlays, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing with the Organiser
- Participants are required to be ready for their scheduled programme slot. Failure to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may result in forfeiture of the slot without compensation
- Technical specifications for the main LED broadcast screen will be communicated to confirmed participants ahead of the event
Agency-affiliated VTubers
VTubers affiliated with a talent agency or management company are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary internal approvals prior to registration and participation. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any disputes arising between a VTuber Participant and their agency in connection with the event.
Broadcast & IP rights
By participating in the event, VTuber Participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to record, photograph, livestream, and use footage of their participation for promotional and archival purposes.
VTuber Participants retain full ownership of their character, model, and all associated branded assets. The Organiser shall not commercially exploit a participant's likeness or branded identity without a separate written agreement.
Injury, loss & damage
All VTuber Participants attend and participate in the event entirely at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to property — whether to the participant, their equipment, or any associated third party — occurring before, during, or after the event, howsoever caused.

ZubCulture VeSTAGE 2026 offers two types of Meet & Greet experiences — ticketed sessions for Guest VTubers, and complimentary sessions for VTuber Spotlight participants.
- Tickets must be purchased in advance through official channels designated by the Organiser. Walk-in access to ticketed sessions will not be permitted.
- Each ticket is valid for one person per session. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Valid proof of purchase must be presented upon entry to the Meet & Greet zone.
- Session time per ticket holder may be limited at the Organiser's discretion to ensure fair access for all attendees.
- Complimentary Meet & Greet sessions for VTuber Spotlight participants are offered at the Organiser's discretion.
- Details will be communicated on-site and through official channels.
- Access is subject to queue management and capacity limits. Availability is not guaranteed.
Conduct during Meet & Greet
All attendees are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards VTuber Participants, Organiser staff, and fellow attendees at all times.
Prohibited- Touching or physical contact with any VTuber Participant without explicit consent
- Recording (video or audio) of sessions unless expressly permitted by the Organiser or the VTuber Participant
- Harassment, aggressive behaviour, threats, or any form of inappropriate conduct
- Soliciting personal contact information or private social handles not publicly shared by the VTuber Participant
- Commercial photography or media coverage without prior written approval from the Organiser
Injury & liability at Meet & Greet
All attendees participate in Meet & Greet sessions entirely at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by any attendee in connection with any Meet & Greet session, howsoever caused.
Session cancellations
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Meet & Greet session due to VTuber Participant unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation of a ticketed session by the Organiser, affected ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. No additional compensation will be provided.
The following terms apply to all members of the general public attending ZubCulture VeSTAGE 2026.
General admission to VeSTAGE 2026 is free of charge for all members of the public. No entry ticket is required for general floor access.
Ticketed Meet & Greet sessions for Guest VTubers are a separate purchase — refer to the Meet & Greet tab for details.
Cosplay & costumes
- Cosplay and costume wear is welcome and encouraged
- Props constructed from foam, cardboard, or similar soft materials are permitted
- Sharp-edged, dangerous, or functional prop weapons are strictly prohibited
- Offensive or discriminatory costumes are not permitted
Injury, loss & damage
All attendees enter the event premises and participate in all activities entirely at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to property sustained by any attendee at any point before, during, or after the event, howsoever caused.
Photography & filming
Personal, non-commercial photography and video recording is generally permitted in public areas of the event.
- Explicit consent must be obtained from individuals before photographing or filming them, particularly in relation to cosplayers and VTuber Participants
- Commercial photography or media coverage requires prior written approval from the Organiser
Venue & safety rules
- All attendees are required to comply with The Cathay's venue regulations and the Organiser's house rules at all times
- The Organiser and venue management reserve the right to conduct bag checks and deny entry to any individual at their sole discretion
- Any individual who fails to comply with these rules may be removed from the premises
The following provisions govern the legal relationship between all participants and ZubCulture / the Organiser in connection with VeSTAGE 2026.
Intellectual property
- The ZubCulture name, VeSTAGE branding, and associated logos are the intellectual property of Frankenfolks Pte Ltd and DIFY Pte Ltd. Unauthorised commercial use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
- All Vendors and VTuber Participants warrant that they hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to display, sell, or perform their content at the event, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- By participating in the event, all participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use event photographs, video footage, and recordings for promotional, editorial, and archival purposes.
- Participants who wish to opt out of event photography must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
Data protection (PDPA)
Personal data collected during registration and the event is processed in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
- Data is used solely for event administration, communication, and — with consent — promotional purposes
- Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by applicable law
- Data subjects may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal data by contacting support@zubculture.com
Comprehensive liability disclaimer
The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, death, loss, theft, or damage to property sustained by any participant, attendee, vendor, VTuber Participant, or third party — whether occurring on the event premises or in connection with any event-related activity — howsoever caused, including but not limited to negligence, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, the Organiser's total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party to participate in the event. The Organiser accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
Non-defamation
All participating vendors, VTuber Participants, and associated parties are prohibited from making, publishing, or disseminating — whether verbally, in writing, or through any digital or social media platform — any false, misleading, or baseless statements or accusations that defame, disparage, or bring into disrepute ZubCulture, the Organiser (Frankenfolks Pte Ltd and DIFY Pte Ltd), Geist Productions Pte Ltd, or any of their respective staff, directors, or representatives.
This clause applies during the course of participation and following the conclusion of the event. Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue all available civil and legal remedies including claims for damages.
Force majeure
The Organiser shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, venue unavailability, or civil unrest.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, affected participants will be notified promptly and equitable remedies will be endeavoured where practicable.
Removal & termination
The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Vendor, VTuber Participant, or Attendee at any time for breach of these Terms, misconduct, or behaviour deemed harmful to the event community — without prior notice and without refund.
The Organiser further reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies for conduct causing harm, damage, or loss to the Organiser, other participants, or the event.
Governing law & amendments
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published at zubculture.com. Continued participation in the event following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
